It was a non-smoking floor but when I check in 2024 on 28 Nov 2012, the room stink of cigaratte smell but I was force to take the room. After spraying some of my own expensive perfume. We went out. We went back to the room at around 1 plus am, the room stink of cigarattes and this time round stronger than the afternoon when we check in at 4plus pm and top it off with the next door guest were chatting away loudly. We couldn't take it as the air got worst which causes breathing problem. We called to reception and they told us that they will call to ask the next door guest to stop smoking and lower down their volume. It didn't help much till 4.30 am when the next door guest went and sleep. I did not want to extend my stay a single day in Emperor.

booked for 3 adult but was upgraded to a suite with 1 king size and 2 twin beds which is perfect for my family. Very comfortable and clean which make my son wants to stay indoor only which is good so that i have time for the casino. only setback is we hv a hard time looking for the hotel which is in a back-lane otherwise it's the best hotel we hv ever stayed.

Nothing much to say about this hotel. It's old. Would prefer to stay at Taipa or Cotai area.

The only thing that works for this hotel its the location, other than that a 4 star rating is rather wishful thinking. The bathroom was shabby, the shower head was fixed so low only a dwarf would fit under it. Very old style room the so called executive room was a corner shape room facing a wall from the building next to it, the TV channels had no choice of any international channel whatsoever. Breakfast was complete rubbish real pig food. I feel kind of cheated comparing the picture in their webpage and what I faced when staying there. Totally overprices for what you get.

Bus at Jetty to pick does not have a proper booth to pick and we need to locate for more than half an hour under the hot sun (34 degree). Bus driver unfriendly, no helping to carry luggage to mini van. Inside hotel family suite is in dim light, no proper bath tub stopper and mini fridge is spoil (ask us to bear with it). Waiting time for shuttle bus to jetty is longer than expected.

Abmismal hotel. Filthy smelly room. Unpleasant staff. Advert in room for the hotel "spa" made it seem as though it was nothing but a brothel and judging by some of drunk guests visiting it at 3am I would be very surprised if extras were not on the menu. The area has the feel of some soviet era city block with little to see but jewellery shops and fake MacBooks. Leave this one for the Chinese on a gambling bender. How this got four stars is a total mystery.

The hotel is "hidden" in some streets that are filled with pawn and jewellery shops. The lobby is rather spacious and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We reserved a Family Room which comes with 2 bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other twin-beds. It was cosy and comfortable. Though our stay was short (just 1-night), we would love to return to experience more of Macau!

我是4月1日入住的,12点多就可以check-in了,酒店的位置非常好,离葡京等大娱乐场很近,周边还有几个小一点的娱乐城,娱乐非常方便。

Location of the hotel is accessible to tourist spots & near bus station. Room is big & clean. Had buffet breakfast but same food everyday. No shuttle service to & from the airport. Hotel staff can't speak english, hard to communicate with them. Bad service, wouldn't open the hotel lobby door for us even they could see us carrying bags. when we checked out, we were the one who called for the taxi & carried our luggages.

Room not ready for check in at around 3 pm on 22 Dec 2011. According to the official map published by Macau Government Tourist Office, the hotel is three star and not four star as stated in this website. The hotel is also undergoing renovation. Do expect to wake up in noises from dilling, hacking etc in the morning.

Stayed in the family room for 3 nights. The rooms are comfortable but the bathroom is pretty old. No major complaints. The lcoation of hotel is great and easy to access major attractions and close to local restaurants.

Location is 10/10 if you come to Macau for the casinos. Right across the strip from StarWorld and Wynn, with a very visible "Emperor Sauna" sign. Shuttle bus to the ferry terminal from right outside the door. Breakfast is quite standard, buffet with mostly bread/cereal. They have toaster/grill, but no warm food. This was on the 20th floor, don't know if there were different options elsewhere. We stayed on the 18th floor ("executive"?), it was non-smoking and it seemed like most people respected that. Only the elevators smelled. Big, quiet room and bed with three pillows each. Quite big bathroom, very good toiletries. The service was good and they understood English. -Cable provided for Internet use -View was right into the next block, but we could see the weather and the Wynn entrance -Some stains on the carpet that you will get when the whole floor is carpeted, didn't bother us at all
