One of the smaller but better hotels in Au Nang. Service second to none & good food. Location off the beaten track but convenient access to the bright lights of te village

The room is clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They will go all out to help you. The only setback was that there was a slight odor in the room on the 1st day we arrived.... maybe cos it''s low season, weather was pretty wet. However, on the second day, the room was much better.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Certainly by far the best staff we encountered in Thailand. It`s very close to Ao Nang beach, great for shopping, eating and departure point to other islands. The hotel restaurant was also very good. I definitely, would recommend to a friend.

We felt our ground floor room could have benefitted from having slightly more seclusion. Maybe some plants around the back of the building or reduced access to the patio area to the front, or maybe having some easy-to-use blinds...? <BR><BR> A greater variety of information about the area in reception would also have been good, although not essential as there are many tourist information places in Ao Nang. Free tuk-tuk transport was very good and convenient. <BR><BR> <B>Editor''s note:</B><BR> We are pleased to share the hotel''s response to this comment: <BR><BR> 1) They have prepared easy-to-move vase plant lines for guests who are particular about privacy, and will be planting hedges at the backs of the bungalows by the end of the dry season. <BR> 2) By April 2003, a Service Desk in their Front Office will offer tour excursions and information to guests.
