staff was very helpful, courteous and helped plan out our daily adventures.....the amenities of the hotel were magnificent, free breakfast made to order and managers happy hour(s) was an added bonus to anyone's stay. I highly recommend your hotel to anyone going to puerto rico. The location and transportation is centrally located to many great attractions and easily accessible

The Embassy Suites San Juan was definitely worth the money. The location couldn't have been better for what we had in mind (in Old San Juan or very near),and because we had rented a car,we could zip around and jump on the freeway or wherever we needed to go. The made-to-order breakfasts (included) were awesome,though by day 7 or 8 we were kind of tired of the same menu. Ivette Jimenez ( Dining Room Manager or should be?) was wonderful. She knew her stuff and did it with a smile. Also Wislen Lugo (Concierge) was very helpful,capable,knew his way around,also did everything with a smile. Also,the free evening drinks/snacks were very popular with all the guests,me included. Our room had a king bed and a sofa sleeper. I slept on the sofa sleeper, but it was a little lumpy (maybe a new mattress would help?). Overall I would definitely come back to the Embassy Suites San Juan. We were treated very well by everyone there!

Could not believe there was no bell staff until 10am and this is an airport hotel.

I just got back from my 4 day stay and went to my computer to look for tickets to go in January i absoultely loved everything from the kindness of the staff to the ice cold beer in the bar :-) and to the amazing breakfast. I loved it and cant wait to go back...
