Embassy Suites Phoenix - Tempe Guest Reviews
I was at Embassy Suite Tempe location during Thanksgivings, very bad time. There is a regional soccer tournament going on at this time, which made the hotel a little noisy. To my surprise, all rooms are outside entrance which added to the noise. Out of a four day stay, ran out of toliet tissue once and failed to have my garbage can emptied once. Breakfast was good. Beds were challenging.

The Complimentary breakfast and Manager's reception is the highlight of this hotel. The Airport shuttle is another big plus. The grounds are kept up very nice. The only down side was the room thermostat was difficult to stay at a compfortable temp.

It was good. I really liked that the breakfast was included. Some staff were really helpful. One did not help us at all. She left us hanging. We called from Phoenix, asking for a shuttle. She told us that there was none, and that she would call a taxi for us. We waited until late at night. It was dark and there was no call from the hotel nor the taxi company. We took the bus, which left us in front of the hotel, but the person who I spoke with left at 11. We got to the hotel way past 12am, when we could have been there at 9:30pm.

Excellent personal service...driving directions from John with suggestions on using the light rail were extremely helpful!Would have been nice to have more than one teabag in the room. [...] at desk friendly and welcoming.
