Embassy Suites Palm Desert Guest Reviews
Hotel is showing it's age. Since pets are allowed the sound of barking dogs at night is an annoyance. The staff that prepares hot breakfasts are fast and efficient and the food is good. If you've got kids it's probably a better deal than for just 2 people.

Rooms are run down, beds are very uncomfortable. All in all very dirty. It feels like a 39$ motel for 250 a night. Staff has a bad attitude towards service. Had to fix the toilet myself, the chain broke. Maintenance man showed up the next morning but for an electrical problem in a different room???? Will never stay here again. It would have been more comfortable, and cleaner to sleep in a tent!!

Excellent hotel service was the best. People friendly. We had a wonderful time. Loved the breakfast, wow, lots of food and delicious. The managers reception was fun. Free drinks amazing! We didnt go until our last night that was a mistake. We will return.

We had a great stay at this hotel. While the hotel is an older one, our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were gracious and responded to our needs. The location was outstanding. We were close to restaurant row and we had easy access to all of the activities we enjoy when vacationing. We would definitely consider staying at this hotel during our next trip.

Hotel looked a little older but the room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Checking in was ok but did not get what I would consider a proper greeting or smile...even after waiting about 5-10 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. I understand there may have been only one person there that had to step away but a quick apology for having to wait would have resolved it. The food staff was great the following morning at breakfast. All in all the stay was uneventful.
