This was an excellent motel and the price was awesome! Would stay there again! The breakfast was great, the staff was superb, and the motel was gorgeous! Thank you for making our stay one we won't forget!

I got to the hotel and they did not have a room for me as I had required on for my pets. The manager Jennifer Mason was very rude and charged my credit card $400 for incidentals. I had to fight to get the charges reversed and she was very rude. I called and talked to two people at Orbitz by the name of Siris and she was of no help and then I talked to Camenile and he was very rude with me also. I will never use Orbitz again as I was very unsatisified with the whole experience. I had to go get a room at another hotel so I was out $500 because you do not want to refund my $312.00. I will make sure that all the people I know knows about my experience and to never use Orbitz.

The hotel was pleasant and professional. They were attentive to everything we needed. The hotel was very charming and clean. It made coming back every night like coming home.
