Everything was really great at this hotel. The only thing I didn't like was that my back hurt in the morning from the bed being so firm. But my bed at home is the exact opposite so it is nothing against the hotel. The room service was excellent too! The chicken fried steak was the best i have ever had. I will definitely stay there again!

While visiting Dallas we visited Six Flags in Arlington and took our kids dining and shopping.Actually, our stay was enjoyable, peaceful and the rooms were very well kept, the one thing missing in this visit and in all our stays with this Embassy Suites was the customer service, very dissappointing due to the fact that we booked through [...]and you all decided to hold our card, the front desk lady said they wouldnt charge and they did charge us $125 dollars, we always recommend this hotel to family and friends because of the space the peace and the cleaniliness of the rooms, now its hard to say we will stay at an Embassy suites because of the overdraft they caused us and the inconvenience we had to go through with our bank.It compares in a very negative way, only because we get back finding that Embassy suites decided to charge us $125 dollars when our stay was already paid for. usually we get back talking about how we love staying at an Embassy suites, this time it was how we dont understand the charge and prefer staying with Marriot if this is goona happen again.
