Being a suites hotel, one gets more space than in a regular hotel. Some parts of the room seemed tired, especially the bathroom, but all was clean. There is a free breakfast daily as well as a manager's party at night with appetizers and drinks. The one thing that irritated me is that they charge for wireless Internet access. Much cheaper hotels include this for no charge.

My husband and I went to a conference in Atlanta and wanted to stay at the Hyatt. we got really abset because we could not find a room. I'm really glad we didn't. Our stay at the Embassy Suit was perfect. The hotel has great complimentary breakfast, free internet on the second floor and a lot of ammenities for you to relax and have a great time. Beside, if you want to go shopping you also have complimentary shuttle to service to take to Lenox mall and pick you up.

The hotel was so beautiful and clean. My husband and I had originally booked the room for 2nights but upon arrival we knew we wanted to book an additional night. Staff was wonderful however parking isn't cheap. Take marta from another location the hotel is only 1 block from the station.

A friend and I stayed here for a weekend conference that was actually downtown, but there were no downtown hotels available. This worked out fine as it was only one day and we shared a taxi with some others in the same situation. It was a great value for us. We got to hang out and have happy hour and visit. The suite worked great as we had some computer work we were doing together. The $9.95/day for each of us to have WIFI seemed a little steep. The area shuttle was very handy. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was SUPER accomodating and friendly!

$20 per day to park your car? Requested King Size bed in reservation was told that because I used Third Party (Orbitz) my request did not get to them. Canned Mushrooms in Omlet at Breakfast would make you sick. Housekeeping did not show up one day.
