Embassy Hotel Florence Guest Reviews
The Embassy's close proximity to the Santa Maria Novella train station is a big plus for me and my family because we used the train frequently. That being said, the noise from the cable car-like buses that traveled the street outside our room was loud. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not as good as the breakfast from the Porta Faenza, where we stayed last year. They could supply guests with thicker pillows but I guess that is par for the course over there. They only give you one room key, which is not very smart. I believe the location of this hotel is its biggest asset.

Hotel very near to railway station and easy to find. Very clean ans spotless. Room and bathroom of a good size. I, my wife and son were very satisfied with hotel. Would stay there again if in Florence

good location if you have to go to forteza do basso. A lot of work outside in the street (tram railway) but we were not in the main building so no noise. Small outside parking. You have to let the keys at the reception.

This hotel has been renovated to a very hard standard. Rooms are very clean well decorated and comfortable for a good night rest. Although, it is situated near a train staion, it is extremelly quite. The entrance is impressive, the breakfast room is very pretty,spacious and very clean, the staff in the breakfast room are always ready and happy to help you. tere is an information office just a walk away from this hotel. Car park is good. They could do with a good bar area, but a hotel is for resting. I highly recommend this hotel. I have been here before with my brothers from UISA, they loved it. Check out the exquisite marble work they have done in thsi hotel. Thank you

We had an excellent three night stay at the Embassy Hotel, and if we ever return to Florence we will certainly choose this hotel again.
