When we first arrived at the Elysees Ceramic we were allocated a very very very small room (we were 3 adults). I asked the manager to relocate us as this was highly unsatisfactory and with no fuss or bother we were re-housed in a triple (which was what I had originally booked) which was very spacious. The bathroom was modern and we had a separate toilet. The hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful including the housekeeping staff. The location is just that LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. When we stepped out on our tiny balcony we were looking at the Arc De Triumphe. The Subway was just up the Avenue and the eateries in the area were second to none. The breakfast was sensational. After asking for the room I actually paid for, the whole experience was fantastic. Would definately stay here again. Highly recommended

hotel very central to metro and arc de triomphe. staff very friendly and helpful. will certainly use on my next visit.

Staff was very helpful. Well versed in English especially the front desk one that went to university in sherbrook quebec (forgetting name). volunteered places to visit that were excellent suggestion. Rooms are small but very well put together for utilization of space. Breakfast was great. The best value for the money in a long time. Air conditioner worked
