Leider war das Hotel nicht einem 5* Hotel würdig. In der Schweiz wäre das vermutlich höchstens ein 3* Hotel. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt bei weitem nicht. Möbilierung total veraltet Dusche war im schlechten Zustand Fernsehgerät und Fernsehempfang mehr als minderwertig. Frühstück war nicht schlecht, nur das warme Essen (Speck, Eier etc) waren kalt. Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Frühstückraum war sehr schlecht. Was sehr schön war, war die Aussicht auf Meer und Berg.

Unter einem 5*-Hotel und dem Preis, würde ich einiges mehr erwarten. Die grösse des Zimmers war in Ordnung. Doch die Inneneinrichtung war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alte, in die Jahre gekommene Möbel, ein Fernsehgerät, das mit einem PC-Bildschirm (22") vergleichbar ist, schlechter Fernsehempfang etc. Das Frühstück war akzeptabel, nur die warmen Speisen waren kalt. Die Ordnung auf den Tischen war schlecht. Das nächste mal werde ich in einem anderen Hotel absteigen, ich würde es niemandem empfehlen.

Excellent location and very nice view from the rooftop terrace. Unfortunately these are the only pro. Polite but unwilling to help staff. When I requested change of the room because it was facing a huge construction I was charged additional EUR 30 and moved into another room. In the morning I was awaken by the noise from the same construction, realising that the new room was very next to it. The walls between rooms and the inner doors are thin and definitely not soundproof. The mades are noisy. The personnel in the breakfast room had to be chased after.

Excellent location. Best location possible for tourism in the centre of Thessaloniki. Breakfast was very good, the staff was friendly. On the minus side, the room was a bit smelly, when the window was open. The room was on the second floor and the window led to a small inner garden.

I would definitely come back to this lovely place. The only drawback is the poor attention given to the spa area. The room for exercising is quite reduced and unless one informs the staff, the hamam and the sauna are always on "cold" mode. The restaurant is very good and the service impeccable, with stunning views of the bay.
