There is no doubt that the hotel is lovely and in a great location, however our visit and our holiday was spoiled by a very rude male member of staff on our arrival at the check in desk. When we arrived he could not find our booking and was very unhelpful and downright rude. One hour later when he eventually tracked down the said booking, he started quibbling about the price. His name was William. He made no apology whatsoever even after he was in the wrong. I also witnessed him being quite gruff with other guests.I will not be going to Elba Sara Hotel again.

No internet possibility's at room. Nice staff. Not enough personal in bar and restaurant.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel which was well located and only a short walk from other items of interest. The rooms were large and afforded excellent views. The staff were more than helpful with bookings for trips or cars. The food was plentiful, well presented, and an international variety which should cover all dietary needs. Again an excellent establishment.I found the hotel to be clean and a pleasant place to stay. The only thing I would suggest that water and the safe in each room be made free as it is in other hotels. This would ensure that people do not dehydrate and their belongings are in a safe place, at present both are charged for.
