The hotel was recommended by my future daughter-in-law who often stays at the PH Towers. She said the rooms were beautiful and the price was right. I can't agree with her more. Our room was lovely and the price reasonable.

Amazing 2-bedroom suite! No complaints! A lot of room and cool projection screens!

Checked in, fast, efficient. Got to room, gum wrappers on the floor.....bottle cap on floor, paper in corners, fridge handle caked with crud....ok I can deal with it...then finding the oily hand prints (two flat full handprints in oil on the headboard (leather)...totally grossed me out....Housekeeping immediately switched rooms for us (pain in the butt to move, but upgraded the room a bit)....the new room was nice, corners still dirty, but no trash around...the heater blows SO much dust, you can write in it daily! I wrote sayings in the dust on the table, on the bathroom counter, on the windowsills....so if dust is bothersome to you (it is to me...I had a bloody nose the entire stay as I'm alergice to dust)...don't stay here. But location is super. Connects easily to the shops and Planet Hollywood. An easy walk to the strip...safe and nice. Would I stay here again? Probably not due to the cost and there are SO many other as nice if not nicer hotels on the stip that are cleaner....I'd stay elsewhere and not worry about uncleaned rooms and dust.....DUST...I've NEVER seen such a problem with dust and when there is dust, there are dust mites.....

We enjoyed our stay at PH towers Westgate. Very convenient in many ways, and nice staff. The only negative would be parking. Since it is attached to a mall, it's hard to find a parking spot. No info available for parking on their website either.

Booked the room for the week prior to New Years. First the location of the hotel was ideal; it was close to everything. My room was clean and tastefully decorated. The staff was nice and attentive. Also loved the Miracle Mile Shopping Mall; you could stay there and not be bored. One last thing. The hotel is geared more to younger people, so if don't like that go elsewhere. I liked it just fine.

Best thing about the hotel is the location. Cheaper than Planet Hollywood, but only a minute walk through the mall to get to PH casino. Did not take rewards card though. Other than that, enjoyed the hotel.

Love the room itself, great view, good location... however: Room wasn't completely cleaned prior to arrival, and i had a savage flu, making having them come back to clean it was not very viable once I was checked in. More disappointing because i had a late check in after 6 pm... they had time. Itemizing the housekeeping issues: *Large jelly/jam splotch dried to a thick crust on to the door handle between bedroom & bath *Battery in our bed, between the sheets *One regular pillow without a case on it *Large pillow on end of bed, with no case (the one that goes in the decorative sham) *Clothing tags in the dressers *No extra roll of TP No pots or pans... if you are renting room with full kitchen, you ought get at least a saucepan & frying pan to cook with. Knock on door 2 hrs prior to check out time informing me if we weren't out by 12 they would charge an extra day, and they weren't giving extensions. I found it rude... a call would suffice. 2 hrs before check out however is a bit overzealous. It also interrupted my last investor pitch, and thus interfered with my BUSINESS. Room service ends WAY early especially for vegas, or so I assume because I called at 10:30 for something and it simply rang off the hook. Menu stated $2.50 charge for room service plus 18% gratuity... charged $5 +gratuity... total cost for $9 bowl of soup, over $18.

location is great. everything you need is there as soon as you step out of the elevators, food, mall, bars, the strip etc. Only thing was i was expecting a king suite and its a small room with a king bed and a couch. not my idea of a suite, but other than that the hotel was awesome. clean, convenient location and a young crowd. would definitely come back

The facility and particularly the room was fantastic and a very good value. I've never had as much room for the price in Vegas. There was no need for the complete kitchen but the washer/dryer turned out to be a nice addition. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself is amazing, however even though we were offered room service, nobody came to actually clean up. We also booked two rooms with an expectation of being next to each other and the concierge forgot to check us in into the second room during check-in. So, I had to remind her that there were two rooms, which affected the room stay. we were about 10 rooms apart due to the mistake at the check in. Both rooms contained different amenities; however, we had more utensils in one room aside from other.

For an extra $10 per day, we were given an Owners room which is a luxury one bedroom condo fully furnished: full kitchen, large living room, bedroom with wirlpool bath and bathroom with shower, as well as a TV in every room including the bathroom (4 TVs).

Trying to drive home on Sunday, we got stuck due to an accident. It took us 3 hours to get to Primm and decided to turn back. Thankfully, this hotel still had rooms at a great rate. We loved the new rooms and non-smoking hotel. Not to mention being close to shopping and food to help us stay the extra night. My advice is don't ever drive to Vegas!!!!
