Central location. Can reach a lot of tourist spots on foot. Excellent services provided by the staffs. Definitely will stay at this hotel on next visit to Barcelona. Bed is comfortable and the room is large ( European standard).

I found the staff to be pleasant, efficient and eager to help at any time. The room was a good size, clean and maintained as was the whole hotel. The location could simply not be better and the hotel building itself was full of character and grace...almost like walking on to a filmset of some great 1930's Hollywood movie with grand mirrors, chandeliers and bell-boys in full uniform! If youre looking for IKEA-esque furniture, modern design and state of the art gadgets, however, this is not for you...but by not staying in The Palace you'd be missing out on a great deal more that encompasses the TOTAL cultural experience that is Barcelona

Great location. A palace from early 20th century, beautiful and grandiose entrance and salon. However a bit more attention (cleanliness, renovation) should be given to the rooms. Overall an address to recommend.

The staff were all extremely warm and welcoming and very helpful - supplying excellent referals for restaurants outside the Ritz itself. I would definitely stay here again and gladly recommend it to friends.
