Nice hotel near the airport

This is a good budget hotel. Staff is friendly and available to help. Hot water is usually not available in the evening and at night. Observed a mouse in the room. Reported to the staff and they put a trap in the room.

The front desk were polite and reception staff hailed taxis efficiently nd general staff imm. took yr luggage to carry. Room interior basic and on the shabby side but clean and tidy. Fine for the price.

The price was not right. USD50 per night per room (converted to Malaysian Ringgit MYR160) was not worth it. At this price, we would have stayed in a 5-star hotel with breakfast provided and the rooms spectacular in Malaysia. A plus though - the front office staff were AAA.

Stayed here for almost 2 months. Location is great. walking distance to Makati Cinema Square, Greenbelt, Landmark,etc. Room is like a dormitory for me. Plain and simple. Bed/TV/ Bathroom with warm water. Airconditoning is also good. The place is just fine for me since I only need a place to take a shower and have a decent sleep. I would certainly come back and book my stay there.
