Slightly dated but very clean hotel with friendly staff. Great pool. Reasonable location, within 15 minutes walk to the medina or the new town.

The rooms where clean but in some way the smell of food from kitchen come in through Air condition. Not pleasant. The responsible for the Hotel knew about it all the time and I think they should not give these rooms to guests. Other think, the necessary accessories in toilet as soap, shampoo were not replaced in the next day even if they were empty.

It looks better on the outside. The hotel needs to be updated, new towels would be also nice. It was not especially clean, the floor is covered with carpets which did not seem to have been cleaned in a long time. Breakfast was just ok, nothing fancy, and many birds were coming to the tables to eat the leftovers. There were always many staff members during breakfast, but not very efficient in cleaning tables I should say.

We had a lovely time at El Andalous. The reception staff were very helpful and organised a day trip for us. Good facilities however no internet access or computers while we were there. It was very nice to be out of the manicness of the medina for a couple of days.

the attitude of the concierge and the service in the restaurants was appalling. it was as though we were an inconvenience. we stayed with them for six days and so you would have thought they would be pleased to have some one choose their hotel for an extended visit. the breakfast buffet was a joke. the food was cold without exception for six days in a row. never did we receive a warm welcome or smile or any indication that they were happy we were staying at El Andalous Hotel. I suggest that a slight change in attitude would give a huge change in the tips they would have received.
