Very warm welcome in hotel, helpful staff and very central location close to local amenities. Room very clean and love the small wi fi library.

The hotel was nice and in a good location. The room was small but comfortable. The coffee machine had issues. friendly staff.

The staff here are fantastic! We stayed the one night but they were very helpful and assisted us in every way possible including calling up the cab company for our lost mobile, receiving it, letting us use facilities after checkout, extra check out time as well as storing our items for the extra day - now thats service! Great location too - with the tram at the door step. Make sure you check out the cafe just down the road too (Luigis?) Thank you! Nikhil.

Friendly and helpful - but it was quite a long way from Union Square, which was mentioned as being near in their info sheet. However they were VERY helpful recommending easy cheap public transport.
