I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was that we stayed in. After reading some reviews, I was expecting the room to be dirty and subpar but was surprised to find a clean and neat room.

The hotel was dirty.... rooms were dirty. It felt a lot like a truck stop. I had to leave due to bugs in my bed and room being very dirty. I was not willing to stay at this hotel. Had to give a deposit in case I broke anything.

It was in a great location. Bars, restaurants, liquor stores, convenience stores all in walking distance. Easy to drive as far as the Amway Center in both directions. As far as the hotel, the room was the best part. The outside needs to be updated. The pool was disgusting, i wouldnt let a dog swim in it. The outside "bar" was disappointing and reminded me of a snack stand at a baseball game. Service was okay, need more employees at front desk for sure! Good stay, nothing spectacular. I wont stay again personally.

The room was clean and well stocked. Nice and roomy - didn't feel like we were cramped or felt like we were tripping over ourselves. We enjoyed our stay and have no major complaints however, the hot water was very touchy in the shower and the sink. The least little turn of the shower nozzle caused the water to go from scalding hot to freezing cold. It was just luck of the draw and our ability to tolerate it. The staff at the ticket counter were very helpful and informative. It was definitely convenient that they offered a shuttle bus to Universal Studios. The pool size was decent but for the amount of people staying, maybe it could've been bigger. But the pool was clean and the Poolside Cafe was an added bonus.
