Econo Lodge Tonawanda Guest Reviews
If you can stay at another hotel or a different Econo Lodge, do so. The front desk clerks were very rude. The TV channel line-up was a decent 99 stations but only about 14 worked. The Internet didn’t work and when I asked for help from the front desk, I was rudely told that "the Internet was complementary not compulsory”. Finally, she reluctantly gave me a password to the internet. The first room I was given had a damaged door and I had to be moved to a new room. The new room had a broken chair. Wish my reservation was refundable because it wasn’t worth the money. There are other Econo Lodges within the area, don’t waste money on this one.

I had requested for nonsmoking room but did not get one. They said it is not our mistake the agencies like cheap tickets ,expedia or priceline did not asked us to book.
