I was looking for a basic hotel, close to bus/train with easy access to both Boston and Salem and found this. Right on the corner with a bus stop and pizza place on the same cross streets! The hotel staff was pleasant, helpful, even printed me bus, train and commuter train schedules when I asked questions and gave me suggestions on how to get into Salem and Boston! It was what I was looking for -- a clean bed, fridge and microwave to save/heat up food. My friend was able to get a hair dryer from the staff and they had an iron I was able to use. I was happy with my stay and would book again!

my experience started ok until I entered my room the dresser drawers were broken we couldn't usethem the bathroom door was also broken and we couldn't shut it. All this is in room 104. The room also smelled like cigarettes and there were burn holes on the sheets and pillow cases and to top it all off myself and my FIANCE were getting bit every night by some bed bugs. The experience was horrible and I would never return. I hope you can fix this problem for future customers. And also the breakfast was not good everything was gone before I even got a chance to eat.

It was a bit over priced. The location was not too appealing as well. If you go to just sleep then fine but I think you can do better.

Juice and Coffee is provided in the morning. White, wheat, or English muffins are also provided. Choice of donuts are offered.
