Like many other reviewers this was a last minute book for me. I could've gone to a nicer looking hotel closer to Disney for the night but it didn't offer free breakfast so I decided to sacrifice some comfort for a free breakfast. The beds weren't the most comfortable but I stay in a lot of hotels so I can sleep on almost anything. The pillows were not the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel so no real complaints with bedding. Room isn't super clean, the carpet is stained and questionable looking but the sink/tub area appeared clean. The toilet seat itself appears to have seen better days. The towels although they were suppose to be white they were more a of a dingy white and upon closer inspection you could see hair from previous guests still stuck on the towel. This tells me they stuff their washer too full when they run it. Big YUCK factor. My breaking point was when I jumped out of bed at 8:50 to rush downstairs so I wouldn't miss breakfast. Again a big part of the reason I picked this hotel was the free breakfast. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! They call it a Continental Breakfast which means it should have a selection of bread, bagels, muffins, cereal and coffee/tea/juice. Well they had cereal and exactly 1 slice of toast and 1 muffin....that's all. When I asked the front desk she said she had put everything out that was all they had. I'm sorry but WTF? How can you not have enough food for all your guests and how can you claim to offer a breakfast until 9am but not have enough food to restock the breakfast bar as needed. This is my second time staying at an Econo Lodge within a 6 month period, different states but after the last time I swore I wouldn't stay at an Econo Lodge again. I realize they are all mostly independently owned but I now know the brand name and parent company choice hotels does not have any standard to which the hotels run under their name should be maintained. I can say that I will NEVER stay at another Econo Lodge. This hotel lies about what they offer and they customer service is basically non-existent, just like the free breakfast.

#1: when we shut the door- the front of the A/C unit fell off! #2: phone in room didn't work #3: only 2 towels for a 4 person room (then had to sign our life away to get extra towels) #4: FILTHY floor- we all wore shoes the entire day we were there... NO BARE FEET ALLOWED- Mom's rule! #5: NOT in a good area #6: Building labeled as having ice on every floor- only found machines on 1 and 3... 3 was out of ice and 1 had black stuf coming out of the machine along with the ice. #7: still in process of trying to get 2nd night refunded (because we left and went to a MUCH better hotel)... hard to contact management... were not "available" to take calls when we were told they would be. DON'T STAY HERE! TRUST ME!

No microwave, no refrigerator, noisy heater, no tv remote, no facial tissues.Carpet looked relatively clean.Turned back the bedspread and there were two large stains that looked like blood. Sheets appeared clean, but could not sleep on them since top sheet had been in contact with bedspread. Got instant service once reported, but bedding incidence caused reassessment of everything concerning the room and caused uneasiness. Drapes did not extend to cover the width of the window, allowing viewing inside from the outside when closed. Furniture drawers had an old, stale smell. Very limited continental breakfast selection.
