The staff were friendly above and beyond the call of duty, we were very impressed. The rooms were "grubby", stains on chairs and carpets, also in the bath. This is probably par for the course for a budget motel, I have limited experience, so perhaps it was all worth the price. The coffee machine in room 10 was not working; this was reported to a housekeeper, but nothing was done. The location was excellent, and overall we enjoyed the stay. The front desk staff told us bus travel was free after noon, but to our embarassment, this was not the case!

The hotel was clean with just basic amentities. The bed lilen was clean. Service at front desk and the complimantry breakfast was average Would st there again if visit Ottawa again.
