Breakfast is NOT included. They might fail to warn you though, or mislead you into believing it is (as it happened in our case), and they will say later "We are sorry" but nevertheless charge you extra 10 euro per person per day. Hotel is average situated although rooms are small. We can live with that, but hidden extras are not a good policy in our views: that is not the way to run business. Next time my wife and I will choose another hotel.

I found the room spacious and the rooms were cleaned every day. The location was excellent you could walk anywhere or just hope on the Metro which was right outside. My only issue was that they did not have a computer set up for Internet use. I could not find one anywhere near the hotel and ended up using another Hotels connection, which was very nice of them. I didn´t eat breakfast there but from what I paid elsewhere the prices seemed reasonable. Thank you I would go back there.

Very good. Small, but clean and tidy, well located just off Arts et Metiers Metro. Good breakfast for (at time of writing) 10euros
