I told just about every associate that our phone wasn't working in our room. we stayed there 5 nights and no one ever came to fix something so simple. to top it off they would charge $1.50 a min for local calls.Right in front of the hotel was a public phone that you can make local calls for $0.10 a min. what a ripoff. I also mentioned to the hotel employees that 1 of the 2 computers that they had there for guest to use 1 wasn't working properly. 5 nights passed and it remained the same. breakfast in the am was discusting no utensils were provided for the guest to consume the breakfast. guest were grabbing the food with their bare hands. so i left around the corner to another hotel although i had to pay. customer service in Panama over all needs major HELP

we arrived very late and eveyone was extremely nice and helpful the rooms are small but adquate. We would stay there again.

Pleasent reception at the hotel. All reservation and details were as made. Friendly staff. Room was clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Good omlettes for breakfast included and dinners were adequate. We would use them again.
