While this location was excellent and in a quiet area, It lacked the service cleanliness. The sheet was simply pulled up over whatever was on the bed, and the toilet paper folded. I do not call that servicing. Also the noise filtering from neighboring room was notable.

This apartment had peeling paint, cracks in the walls, bathroom floor had hairs on it from the previous occupants the tiles were not washed properly. The bath/shower had mould on the shower doors and rails around the edge of the bath. The freezer box in fridge needed defrosting, it was bad you could not use it, the rails on the doors were broken, were fastened with tape, which did not work, you could not put bottles there, it was not cool as a fridge should be. We got two towels and one bath mat; no hand towels or face cloths. There was no clean bathroom towels during out visit as in most hotels we've stayed this was changed every day. There was black mold on the window sills and along the bottom of the windows. The cutlery and cups and mugs had not been washed properly we had to wash everything before we used them and the coffee mugs had deep scratches in them which was very unhygienic. The morning reception staff were very helpful.

Some maintenance needed on rooms and corridors. Parking is very cramped and hard to use.

The lane in the car park is very narrow. My car was scratched by others when they drove away. The room is clean but smell when air conditioning is turn off, I suspected this is due to the carpet.

Very neat and clean. Close proximity to city and MCG and Tennis Centre. Good value for money.
