Almost faultless in honesty. I got a very good deal on a room for a hotel of this standard, saving a great deal on the rate for turning up on the day. Only drawback was the fact that the jacuzzi wasn't working in the spa facility and that the prices on the menu were very expensive. Having said that, the town of Uckfield is nearby and provides plenty of cost effective alternatives. It was an extremely tidy hotel, seemed very secure and the breakfast in the morning was first class.
