Horrible place! The room was disgusting!!(hairs and stains on bed) Couldent/ and dId not even think about using the bedding, thanks god i didnt have a black light. Room had no fridge, hair dryer, iron etc.. tv was from 1995. Found drugs in the hallway. Had multiple conversations with crackheads everytime i went outside. Even watched the maintenance guy harass a 14yrold who was "living"at thehotel(classy!) IN NO WAY DID IT EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE $100 I PAID FOR THIS RUN DOWN PLACE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY!

We just needed a place near downtown Rochester NY. We didn't spend much time at the hotel. Parking was great, close to other small shops, and was in a quiet area. No problems with checking in or out. Friendly people to help with questions.

Aside from having to move rooms myself after the manager said housekeeping was going to do it, my key card wouldn't work so I repeatedly had to walk back to the desk. The room had water issues, with the water blowing out burning hot water then ice cold water within a snap. Couldnt take a shower w/o having to be ready to jump out of the water in a split second. Of course when the manager told the maintenence guy to come she told him my faucet was broke. There was a steak knife and condom in the corner, I'm not sure if that was for me ot the last hooker to stay in the room. The phone didn't work and I called the manager about 5x to have her turn off then turn on the router because of no internet in a period of 3 hrs, she gaffed me off everytime. After wasting 3 hrs of lost work time, I finally talked to another person at the front desk who switched it on and off and had the internet running in about 45 seconds. The manager, service, knowledge, and cleanliness sucked!
