Very freindly Hotel but in need of refurbishing especially carpets in rooms and bathroom tiles. The staff were very good and food good.

The service was bad : 1) When asked for towels at the swimming pool, the staff can just shrugged off his shoulder and said no more towels. No apologies. 2) Upon check out, they overcharge me for the full amount of my booking instead of the remaining balance. No apologies. Word of caution to others, check your bill before signing off.

This hotel needs to give 1 or 2 of it's stars back. No towels in the bath, NO hot water, dinner in the restaurant spent killing mosquitoes. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Just an OK hotel. Looks like it would have been a great hotel in its prime, but now it is a bit run down and in need of renovations. Plus is that the standard room are very large.

The carpark was a very bad first impression to start of with. When entering the room, there was a strong cigarette smell which lingered the whole first day. Room was big though, but dust can be found at many spots, one can just wipe your finger on the lamp stand and all the dust will come off. The toilet was not cleaned properly, with the shower screen very visible of soap residue. Towels were the worst, very thin & overly washed, can be used as a rug. Even the bath math was newer. Breakfast spread was good, swimming pool very normal and boring for children. Will not go there again..
