First of all this is not a hotel but only rooms in rent. There are not services of no kind and it is a cheat to call this place "hotel". Furthermore to my arrival it was closed for jobs of maintenance and the not available room. After a violent discussion was taken in a other place where the flat in replacement had the entry door damaged and without lock. Become bitter called the police and only at this point magically gave me one modern and clean flat. I was able to sleep at midnight after 4 hours of discussions and threats. Experience absolutely so negative that I am evaluating the recourse to a lawyer

It was an overall horrible experience for us. They claimed that we didnt inform them of our arrival and ofcourse in our opinion, booking that room and have been charged for it is informative enough but well, our words against theirs. They transferred us to another location on the other side of florence (was supposed to be near Duomo). The walk there was about 30 mins. Phone numbers provided on the booking didnt work at all and after trying for an hour it finally worked and was told that we caught them at a bad time, and that they were unprepared. They sent a random guy to drop off the keys and show us the apartment and was asked by this random guy to have our passports. We refused and was told that we couldnt stay in that apt since its the law in italy to keep a copy of our passports. They then gave us a non existing address to drop the copies of passports in the next morning. We looked for 2 hours and finally gave up and left them a message to come to us since we couldnt find them, no responce at all for those days we stayed there. Description on the booking says they provide internet access and the lady on the phone none of their apartments have that service. Scam! Stay away if you can.

The contact number which appear from the itinerary is never worked!! We called more than 15 times wen we arrive the showed address but no one picked up, no one answer the door, luckily a gentleman let us go in to his house to use the internet connection and find out another contact number from the homepage.
