Location
Located between Cancun's southern tip and Playa del Carmen, Dreams Riviera is situated on the shores of the beach in Riviera Maya and is 20 minutes drive from Cancun International Airport. The world's second largest barrier reef is just offshore to this resort.

Hotel staff was friendly however hotel management can improve as there seemed to be a bit of chaos

Smaller resort but big on experience. Restaurant variety and quality was great. Overall very clean resort. Majority of stall were very friendly and helpful. Nice and close to airport but far from some of the other tourist attractions in Cancun. (Higher cab costs) Part of the road from the main highway to the resort is a mess, but drivers are very sensible about handling the bumpiness. This road should/must be fixed though. I would recommend the resort. Good for families, young couples, and retirees.

I was at the Dreams Riviera Cancun for 8 nights and every aspect of the trip was absolutely amazing. The staff are all very friendly, hotel amenities and grounds were impeccible and the service was top notch. If you're looking for a resort to go to for a wedding or just to spend time with your partner, this is a really romantic resort that caters to couples. The beach was groomed daily and was always clean and the pools all get cleaned frequently as well. I can't even tell you which resturaunt there was my favorite because every one of them served excellent food. Don't hesitate to book this resort if you're heading down to Riviera Maya, you wont regret it!

The resort was top notch, and the entire staff superb. The food in all restaurants was fabulous. Highly recommend to all.
