The entire staff was wonderful. Any thing I needed was taken care of without a problem. Room was neat, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping went out of their way to make sure all was well. Office staff got me checked in early. Even though my room was not ready, housekeeping started on it as soon as I got there. Ready in 30 minutes. Great food and live music at Carol Ann's just across the street. Also very good Greek food at affordable prices just steps away. It is not a five star hotel, but the staff IS five star. I was treated like family. Towels were not an issue as stated by earlier review. Close to downtown clubs and eateries. Just a great old school motel. Thanks for the Kisan hospitality.

Very rough area probably not the hotels fault - but I crossed the road to get milk from a local supermarket and was approached by several guys offering me crack - dope or a woman for the night - did not impress me and made me feel a little unsafe to be staying in this area. I will not return to this area of Nashville.

Had a great time! I just wish there had been a separte shower from the jacuzzi and the water pressure was better.
