All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, many attractions were easily reached by walking - Night market, Ping River with its cruises and riverbank restaurants, even the Old town ( return by tuk-tuk ) . Tour Operators, laundries, Internet cafes are all handy. For the unadventurous, European restaurants and Macdonalds (must be the cheapest cheeseburgers in the world) are just along the road. Chiang Mai is a must for any visit to Thailand.

It is very convenient for tourists to do shopping. The place is quiet and comfortable to stay. Transportation is easily available.
