Had a fantastic time, Chester is a lovely place,the hotel and it's staff were excellent which made the stay even more satisfying.

The rooms are lovely, the warm cookie on arrival is a nice touch and the spa facilties are brilliant. The room temperatures are quite hot and dry, but otherwise this was a great stay.

Had a lovely time at this hotel especially using the sauna/pool area, eating/drinking in the bar. enjoyed breakfast.

Excellent stay and service. Received a warm cookie upon arrival. Ate at the Marco Pierre White restaurant there which was superb. Only 5mins by taxi into centre of Chester.
