Nephew & grand nephew stayed there also. They were not charged $6.00 for parking, I was. They received a coupon for a free breakfast. Mine cost $10.95 I questioned the desk clerk & was told I don't get these amenities when I reserve thru other than hotel. Also told I would not get my travel points because I registered thru outside service. My cost $16.95 more than nephew's at-the same room rate. Will resister thru hotel in the future.

The room was more for the business traveler but it was nice enough.

My stay at this hotel was a nice experience. We got to take the shuttle over to verizon amp for a concert and also got to take it from the concert as well. We got warm cookies when we checked in so that was cool. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room had a lot to it. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

went for a bridal shower two rooms very disappointed with their check in.. the credit card that is used for deposit / would be charged and would be off the credit acct. after 3 days.. very unethical!! rooms were already paid for room still had old hair pins// on counter not cleaned nice having shuttle service to the mall

Not a bad hotel. Clean. Free internet, but no wifi. Was there for 4 days, and no fridge. Deal breaker for me. Will not be back to this hotel.
