Besides a great location and a great room, we had the double delight of the Executive Suits. Great breakfast buffet and evening hors d'ouevres, coupled with a great venue for business meetings.

Excellent value for money. Nothing fancy but everything that you need and should find at this price; unlike many other hotels in this part of London in this price range and higher. Very good buffet breakfast with wide selection and attentive and helpful staff.

When I was first shown into the room, the heating would not work and again with the second room, the third room was heated but there was a loud humming noise coming from near the window, then on our 4th move after a couple of hours the room was then perfect. I would stay again but the hotel needs to get rooms working in all aspects.
