It was a very cozy and comfortable place, near penn station. People coming and going.....very nice. Staff was nice. It could use a larger bar area and breakfast was not complimentary, which most hotels do offer. That was my only complaint.

The hotel is fine - it has decent service. The room is quite nice - i liked the decoration and it's reasonably sized. What I didn't like was the neighborhood of the hotel - it seems to be located in a sketchy location. But this is because the hotel is cheap - overall, the staff was friendly and the experience was good.

We took the mega bus into New York and the hotel was a block from where we were dropped off so it was perfect for our busy day. There was no down time on tryin to find the hotel. (I just wish there was a mini frig)
