Stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is is a good location close to klcc. Very clean and the breakfast was excellent. It has excellent amenities also. Only downside was that the reception staff seem to lack understanding of customer service. A lot of staff doing little and making no effort to engage with customers. Waited way too long to check in. Also, no wireless in rooms and it was expensive to use in public spaces.

Brand new hotel with good facilities. Like the spacious rooms and the general clean design. the restaurant at 11/F is rather good and serves a good range of local south east asian food. Tried the spa, did a facial and a massage and it was good!! Price-wise it's actually more or less the same as many other major chains, but if you're a hotel guest, you'll get a discount card when you arrive and that will make it cheaper comparatively to other chains. All in all, I'd say I'll go back to stay at doubletree if i'm going to stay in KL again

This hotel offers excellent value for money; comfortable ,spacious rooms, most comfortable bed and a small sofa in each room. Airconditioning is responsive to adjustments. Bathroom facilities are very good in a glass walled bathroom ( screened by a blind that can be lowered). Staff responsiveness to customer requests is outstanding. I stayed at this hotel twice and will definitely return. Location: Ampang Park rail station only 5 minute walk away.

Beautiful hotel. Executive Suites awesome. Great service in Club lounge. Easy walk to KLCC. Will stay again

This new hotel is very satisfied me. The receptionist staffs are very kind and give us a complementary breakfast. Great gym and clean swimming pool. I like the ELECTRIC bathroom curtain. Very clean room, great maintenance. The housekeeping are The location is very near to the Ampang Park LRT, which is good. Well, the price is quite expensive for the (next months, counted from today, December 24) , but I think the price is matched with the service given and spacious room. But overall, this hotel is very good and I will strongly recommend people to stay here.
