Were do I start? This Is a large hotel. We were there during Christmas weekend. Their we're not many people staying at this location. We were given a room at the very back of the complex. You had to buy a plane ticket just to get a coffe in the lobby. $9.95 a day if you would like to use the Wi-Fi. $11.00 each if you would like Breakfast. The bathroom door in our room(123) would not close. The heat unit was as loud as a model T and put out cool air, not warm. I was up all night and my wife was awakens by the noise on several occasions .I called the desk in the A.M. The fella said he would tell someone. Later that morning I spoke to a young lady who reluctantly had us move to another room (127). Getting any information from the staff was like pulling teeth. This hotel is hidden in a back corner of a mall on a dead end road with no signs t o give you any direction. We had to make several phone calls to find the facility.

Honestly, my wife and I both loved the bed and pillows. That was the first time that happened. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. It sits just off the interstate in a nice area. We just slept and left, we didn't use any amenities. If in the area again we would stay there.

Second night of my honeymoon. Did not get in until 2am and only need a place to sleep as we had to leave by 9:30am next morning. Got to room and it was 48 degrees. Had to wait until computer rebooted to get us another room. Second room was much warmer. Hotel said they would have comped our room but since we went with a third party nothing they could do. Hotel staff did what they could do but Orbitz wont do anything

I flew in for a funeral. The staff was very helpful in locating addresses for me to put in my GPS. The room was very comfortable and had everything that I needed. The location was great being close to the expressways. I would diffinitely use the Doubletree hotel again. Oh! and of course the cookie was GREAT.
