The front desk staff was really helpful with assisting me with getting to the hotel. This was my first time at BWI and finding the location for the shuttle was somewhat frustrating for me, but I called the front desk at least 4 times and each time, they were very patient. I also enjoyed my egg white omelet at the restaurant Saturday morning :-)

Upon entering the hotel it was clean and the staff was friendly. The lobby and dining area of the hotel was beautiful. The room was average but, the bed was to die for. The comfort can not be rated. The only bad experience was the breakfast buffet. My husband and I ordered the breakfast buffet and it was not fresh the pancakes were hard the potatoes were dry. Other than that, the stay was moderate.

My wife and I had an early flight out of BWI in the morning so we chose to stay at the Doubletree for a good night's sleep. We got exactly that! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. The front desk staff was very courteous and the restaurant had good food too. The option to park and fly for our vacation was perfect. The shuttle to and from the airport was timely and made the trip that much easier. Thank you!

My experince at this Hotel was amazing. Friendly staff, cleanliness, and the rooms are a bit small but beautiful and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay and the price was very resonable.

Overall, I found the hotel to be very suitable, with a good location, nice ammenities and clean rooms. However, I found the hotel staff to be unhelpful.
