was not happy with bartender in lobby bar. not sure what else to say

I was very pleased with my experience..the only thing I did not like and was not prepared for was paying for parking like$20 for overnight parking they had no free parking for hotel guest..Kinda weird if you ask me. The hotel itself was beautiful!!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. This hotel is extremely large. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel is located just seconds from the airport. The only downside is the $14 per day for wi-fi access. Other than that everything was good for the value. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I had an emergency trip that included an unplaned layover between flights hence the need for a hotel near the airport. The 2AM check-in went fine after I called the hotel to inform them of my need for a late check-in, unable to accomplish this on-line. The staff was great and the room way better than I had imagined. I went on the Orbitz website after finding out it would cost me an additional $100 to book through the hotel directly, thank you Orbitz for saving me $$ in an emergency moment. Clean & comfortable restaurant has excellent food Maid were not pleasant but the experience was ennjoyable beautiful place,have been there twice now
