made our reservation two days prior and received great room with early check in at 11am. Hotel really busy but staff cordial, warm cookie upon arrival, room very quiet, beds firm, great towels, two TVs and spectacular view of the Charles River. Didn't eat at the lounge or cafe- too much to experience within walking distance. Free shuttle to downtown. Only improvement needed is an airport shuttle.

I really like this hotel, our room was really clean and comfortable with a great view of the river and the city. It was a little out of the way but it was just a 15 minute cab ride away from most places which isn't too bad. Fresh baked cookies were delicious. The food that we had for lunch was ok. Would definitly return to this hotel in the future.

I love this hotel! It has been our favorite while visiting our son at Harvard. Great location....the view of the Charles River is perfect and walking along the Charles on the way to Harvard Square is gorgeous....even in the misty rain like this weekend! Most comfortable bed ever!!!!! Got a GREAT night's sleep! Cheryl at the front desk is one friendly, sweet lady. Very satisfied! Did not need a car to get around Boston. The T is fun!

The Hotel experience was overall very nice. The food I had was good, the service was good, and the front desk was very helpful. However, the location is a little out of the way and not near public transportation. It was also a little pricey but overall a good experience.

We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we're in Boston! We were there to see the Red Sox beat up on the Yankees and there was no better place to rest after such an eventful day. Although pricey, they offer really good food in their restaurants so you don't have to drive around looking for somewhere to eat. The front desk staff was very helpful and we left our car parked at the hotel as the subway was only a 10 minute walk and it takes you anywhere you need to go. The only downfall is that the hotel charges an inordinate fee for parking each day. Omit that fact and you have a perfect oasis.
