DoubleTree Club By Hilton Hotel Boston Bayside Guest Reviews
I was in Boston only for a night and needed to be downtown early that morning and the hotel was in great proximity. The staff was helpful and they had a shuttle pick me up from the airport which saved me on cab fees!

This was the cheapest hotel I could find (~$80 a night) that was what I deemed close to downtown (it is at the JFK/UMass T Train stop). It was a great value, and I would definitely stay here again. We were allowed to check in at 11am instead of our scheduled 3pm, and we were greeted with warm cookies at check-in. The staff was VERY friendly and the maids always said hi to you as you walked by. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else as well.

The hotel shuttle wasted no time transporting us to and from Logan Airport. The hotel staff was welcoming, friendly and addressed all questions we had. The rooms were crisp clean and welcoming. Yum yum to the fresh baked cookies offered at the front desk and the delicious Wolfgang Puck coffee in the room. The hotel was close to the subway -- Boston was just a quick ride away. If I'm able to go to Boston again - reserve my room!

Attended daughters graduation from Northeastern University & went to a Red Sox game. What was missing?..... Comfortable shoes!

The hotel recption was the most miserable I hav ever come across. The room although clean smelt of smoke even though we had asked for a none smoking. A 2 minute walk to the underground and the trains run pretty regular.
