DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel Orlando At SeaWorld Guest Reviews
Arrived at the hotel and was told that I was not allowed to leave my car standing for check in, but also not allowed to park it either (only valet) which I found irritating. The hotel charges a daily parking fee which is absent from their description ($11/day), and the tall building that you see in the picture is not where we stayed, they have this two story ancient building that looks like a cheap motel that surrounds the tall building and that is where our room was. The room looked clean, but smelled musty. Beds were awful. Overall the hidden charges and the bait and switch with the picture vs. where we actually stayed made this a terrible experience. Wouldn't stay there again if they were giving the rooms away for free.

Compare with other hotels, this one is good price, good location. It is good for staying in there for evening, but it is not a resort. There has no water slides, breakfeast is not included, you need to pay $10 for your parking.

The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious. The staffs are helpful. The hotel provides shuttle to the Disney World, Universal Studio, Seaworld and many other attractions. Another highlight is that the hotel is right on the I-Ride trolley line, and there is one stop literally in front of the hotel. The trolley takes one up and down international drive where one can find great restaurants, shopping areas and a lot of other fun stuff. The price is on the low end for a four-star hotel and taking together, the hotel is of great value and I would definitely visit again!

staff was friendly. Rooms were not very clean. I asked for the sheets to be changed, never happened over the three night stay. I love Hilton hotels....this was a huge disappointment.

While this is a lovely hotel, especially for the price, I was highly disappointed that parking was an additional charge - especially given that this wasn't listed online through the booking engine. Not only that, the parking situation is pretty bad in the evening, with NO spots anywhere near the tower, which is where most people stay. Also, the shuttles to the attractions weren't frequent enough, and we ended up having to drive to Disney, another unexpected expense. And, they charge for in-room wifi. The hotel is pretty and has lots of nice features - pool, etc., but I probably wouldn't stay here again.
