The rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The room was cramped for four people, but we made it work. The staff was friendly and helpful.

the hotel room was lovely we were on the 25th floor the views were stunning. I had read reviews on the hotel before we went and people said the rooms were small, I thought our room was perfect. We did not use the hotel facilites as we wanted to see New york, this hotel was perfect as a base would go to this hotel again.

The hotel was great. The room was a little small, but the bed was wonderful. The hotel staff were kind and helpful, when I told them I would be out late at a Anniversary Party they offered to give me a wake up call so I wouldnt miss my airport shuttle. My stay was GREAT!

Staff was really helpful in all aspects. Great doorman, concierge especially. All staff was very friendly and accomodating. We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the hotel, but while we were there it was very comfortable. Rooms and fitness center were kind of small, but that's kind of typical for New York hotels. Great location, very close to Times Square and subways. Overall, very happy with the service and would definitely stay there again or recommend it to anyone traveling!

The room was clean yet very small. The hotel was not in the best area of MidTown. Wouldnt stay there again
