DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel New Orleans Airport Guest Reviews
Staff was exceptionally professional and characteristically polite a la southern style. I am not one who eats choclate chip cookies, but being offered one at guest registrations was wonderful. The hotel environment was excellent. The food was good and sumptious. The accomodations were comfortable, clean and the amenities were pleasing.

In dire need of updates. Even though beds are sleep numbered I have slept in more comfortable beds. Not enough good points for another stay there, surprisingly not what I expected from a Hilton property.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, and there are at least a couple of restaurants within walking distance, not including the hotel reastaurant. The room is spacious enough for one, with a sleep number bed, and free wifi. However, the corridor area is need of remodeling, with a musty carpet odor and some peeling paint. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall not bad, but could use some upgrades.

I came in late and left early. No coffee cups in room. Hard to make coffee in morning without cups. Room was clean and well maintained. Nice beds.
