Very good location, but you need to be fit as it is located at the top of the hill. Courtesy bus is available during the day though. We enjoyed our stay there, nice staff, good facilities, good value for the price.

This hotel is located in the Hotel district of Funchal and as such is within close proximity of the city centre and a large number of restaurants. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The only downside is the walk up the hill after an evening out but in Madeira walking uphill is inevitable!
