We stayed in Dooleys hotel last weekend and found our stay most enjoyable. Its located very close to shops, pubs, The Forum etc and so there was no need for tais etc. The room was very clean, quiet and shower v powerful etc. staff were friendly and efficient. We found it excellent value for the money paid and would highly recommend it.

I had booked 3 rooms and arrived before the check in time of 3pm. They were able to give us 1 room to get ready in and within 15 mins had another ready. You dont often get that level of help these days. I would recommend this hotel, they have a great carvery 7 days a weeks

The timber floors in the bedrooms are very noisy. With every foot step the floors were creaking! Something needs to be done about that, as I wouldn't dare getting out of bed at night, for fear I would wake the hotel!! €20 for fish and chips (inc €5 room charge) was a bit expensive, but the food was fine.

very friendly staff, great self service breakfast and great location. They also have good live music on certain nights, Hothouse Flowers played one of the nights we stayed there. Not one of the seventeen of us had any complaints. The twin rooms we received had a double and a single bed and were spacious and clean

Upon discovering there were no hotel parking facilities was a bit of a let down, although there was a public car park directly opposite the hotel which was an additional expense.

A well placed hotel on the waterfront with friendly staff. Good sized room but one needs to choose a view or a quiet room away from the waterfront. Convenient parking opposite and a lift for old folks with dicky backs but ask for assistance if you have a few stairs to negotiate on your way to your room. A good bar providing well priced bistro style meals. We would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly. The bar is cosy and restaurant was also very nice. My only complaint was the room we stayed in had a door into the room next to us (it was obviously locked) so you could hear the people next door very clearly. There is no car park for the hotel but there is one across the road which guests can use for only €5.50 per day.
