Very nice hotel right in old quarter- easy, safe walk to lake, local shops and restaurant. Breakfast was good-had a staff member so ley to make any type of egg you want! The staffs very helpful and spoke good English. They allowed us to change our stay dates free of charge and have a late check out. Also booked a Halong bay trip through them- which was very good- food excellent quality and quantity and boat and room facilities excellent. We enjoyed the tours.
