It is a rip off establishment -- e.g. 6us dollars an hour for internet. Imposing building but indifferent to incompetent service. Not walking distance from whatever places of interest there are in town.

Very good hotel with good service .location a bit far away from the citycenter but shuttlebus service available.

Average room, bad breakfast, fitness and swimmingpool. Stay at the Novotel instead. I asked for late check out. They charged half room price for 3 hours even hotel was empty. After chech out they charge 15 US$ for using swimmingpool, even after 3 nights stay. Internet US$ 13 per day. Best night club in town.

Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff as you would expect in Laos; not so good location unless you like walking or being overcharged for motor-samlors; the hotel is comfortable and clean enough, but somewhat overpriced I think, for the actual star-rating which I would put at about 3+, all things coinsidered
