I had an excellent time at this Hotel! I have stayed in many hotels worldwide and this one stood out among the best. The staff was extremely helpful, the location was great, and whe price was also excellent. I will stay there on future visits to the DR!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel all thanks to the well informed, professional and friendly staff. The rooms were clean, well kept and comfortable. Since the hotel is a bit far from the night life and other tourist attractions I think the prices should be lowered to allow saving money on transportation to and from tourist attractions.

the facilities of the hotel is pretty aging. No any restaurant or convenience shop outside of the hotel. a far away from the Colonial Zone (15 minutes by car).

Common area were clean and presentable. Allows for air flow with a good look to all the common areas. The room #255 was musty!! The airconditioning was weak at best. The door to the balcony failed to close properly allowing the cool air to escape and put a stain on the air conditioning equipment. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequate with the needed toliet articles. I would recommend this facility to others that desire a family hotel.
